What's Changed

• Agents now report how long they've been in their current state, so clients can show "working for 3m" or "finished 5m ago" and sort agents by recency. Works with both herdr and tmux, and stays accurate across daemon restarts wherever hooks are installed.
• Local clients get this as statusChangedAt on workspace tree nodes, the agentStatus watch frame, and context.agent (see docs/api.md).
• Updates the embedded web app to Moshi 0.4.1.
