• File rows in the rail are draggable — drop one into the composer as a chip or into the terminal as a path; folders drag too, with icon pill previews.
• Consecutive tool calls in chat collapse into one group card, so long agent runs read cleaner.
• Chat's / menu now lists your skills wherever the TUI has a /skills catalog.
• After an upgrade, moshi tells you when the running daemon is an older version instead of failing in confusing ways.
• Workspace and tab listings are faster and more reliable.
