  • Sidebar workspace rows show live repo drift: branch, commits ahead/behind (↑/↓), and a * dirty marker — computed daemon-side from one cached git status per repo and pushed with the tree, so clients never poll.
  • The agent list (Waiting / Done / Working / Idle) gets its own right-click menu: open the agent's terminal, copy its path or session id, or close it.
  • Context menus gain icons and live single-key shortcuts (N new, T terminal, R rename, C/S copy, ⌫ close); the rename field no longer loses focus the moment it opens.
  • Right-rail cards get context menus too: open a server/simulator/tunnel preview or open it in the browser (ports forward first on remote hosts), kill or stop it behind a confirm, and copy absolute or repo-relative paths from Files-tab rows.
  • The Diff tab badge speaks the same ↑ ahead / ↓ behind / * dirty vocabulary as the sidebar.
  • Fixed: Chat View's /new follow works again in tabs where one agent shares the tab with plain shell panes.
  • Fixed: Grok's always-approve mode no longer pushes phantom approval cards. An approval now requires Grok's permission panel to actually paint in the pane — not just a permission_requested log entry it resolves itself — and a card whose prompt never appears is retired locally instead of stranding the client on a dialog that can't be answered.
