• Approve or Deny agent permission prompts right from Chat View in Moshi Desktop — no more switching to the terminal.
• Remote Deny now works reliably: it presses the key the dialog actually binds, and the session no longer shows "blocked" afterwards.
• Stale approval cards are rejected safely — the daemon verifies the prompt is still on screen before answering.
• Fixed excessive disk writes: the usage cache was rewritten every minute. It now writes only on real changes and stays much smaller.
