Ctrl + C (shortcut) has a special handling. When viewing a photo pressing Ctrol + C copies the bitmap to clipboard so that we can paste in Paint. Also at the same time file is copied to file clipboard so that we can paste it to a folder. Ctrl + X shortcut is not enabled.
