Hello my wonderful Rinkhalsnauts!

This is a third test build ahead of the November stable release. It's everything from 20261027_01_test plus one fix for the Kobra S1 Max.

What's new since 20261027_01_test

Kobra S1 Max: bed mesh calibration from Mainsail finishes again. On the earlier test builds, a calibration started from Mainsail (Heightmap, Calibrate) on an S1 Max probed the bed and then never finished, so the mesh wasn't saved until the printer was restarted. The S1 Max now uses the same calibration steps it had in 20260901_01. The new sequence, where the nozzle cools down parked on the silicone pad, stays on the Kobra S1, where it has been tested. Kobra S1 Max owners: please run a bed mesh calibration from Mainsail (Heightmap, Calibrate) and let us know on #205 whether it finishes and the new mesh shows up afterwards. If it doesn't, a debug bundle from the Management page of the Rinkhals web portal (http://<printer-ip>:8090) taken right after would help a lot.
SimplyPrint users: please check that a finished print shows as completed, and that the touchscreen leaves the printing screen.

Thanks to Smock and Kobushi for testing the S1 Max calibration and getting us a debug bundle.

These are open and not fixed in this release.

#111 - on long prints sliced without object labels, Moonraker can stall each time Mainsail reconnects, and this has been seen to shut down the MCU mid-print. Turning on "Label objects" in the slicer should avoid it for now.
#143 - on a printer connected by Ethernet, the clock isn't set after a reboot, so services that need a secure connection, like OctoEverywhere, can't connect. The time sync waits on Wi-Fi that never comes up. Running ntpclient -s -h pool.ntp.org over SSH after boot works around it.
#134 - a report of an ACE tool change being silently dropped mid-print. We are waiting on a debug bundle.
