• Fix --device not working properly for non-primary GPU.
• Fix AV1 level and profile swapped.
• Add option to check devices available. (--check-device)
• Now B-frame settings will be ignored for AV1, as it results in wierd output file.
• Add --check-features result for Arc A380.
