• Digipeater EcoMode update:

1. Normal Digipeater with WiFiAP enabled
2. Normal Digipeater without WiFiAP enabled (Serial Output still enabled)
3. EcoMode makes board sleep (LoRa module still awake) until LoRa APRS packet is received. It wakes the board, repeats the packet and return to light sleep mode until new packet is received. This makes the idle current be ~10% of what it was before (~7mA).
