Added

• Added a public product charter and roadmap, linked from the README, to describe kei's product promise, target users, non-goals, and v0.22 stability priorities. (#579)

Fixed

• Files already downloaded at identity-suffixed collision paths are now recognized on later syncs, including AM/PM whitespace variants, so name-size-dedup-with-suffix no longer redownloads them as new duplicates. Truncated recorded files still redownload instead of being trusted. (#595, fixes #594)
