• Capture of pre-announcement state to minimize impact on audio already playing now more efficient with async rather than loop per Alexa device
• Improved documentation for volume, pause etc control per notification
• Added new media_auto_pause transport/delivery optionto allow the audio interruption handling to be globally disabled by default
  • Can still be overridden if needed by a separate delivery definition
  • Saves delay and Amazon API calls on every notification, minimizing chance of rate limiting

• Fixed deprecation version comment [#174]
