✨ Enhancements

Voice: a notification with a title but no message speaks the title, on a transport that has no title of its own or is spoken, such as Alexa, TTS, SMS or MQTT. A transport with a title, like email, still sends the title with an empty body. Set message_usage: message_only to never fall back to the title

Message usage: combine_title with a title and no message sends just the title, rather than the title followed by None
Media: the default media_path is now media/supernotify, i.e. /config/media/supernotify, as the documentation's allowlist_external_dirs and media_dirs examples have always given. It was supernotify/media, so following the docs left snapshots outside the allowed and media source folders, and email attachments were dropped. Existing setups keep the media_path already saved in their config entry; a left-over /config/supernotify/media folder can be deleted
