🐛 Bug fixes

Assist

• The answer to "What was the last notification" no longer says It wasn't sent by anything when no delivery went out, which read as though nothing had raised the notification. It now says it wasn't sent and why, for example because it was a duplicate or notifications were snoozed. Fixed and regression test.

Simulate

• If data was provided in old notify platform style big lump, and auto-migrated to Supernotify's current form, dry_run could be lost. Fixed and regression test.

📚 Documentation

• Re-organized developer RFCs proposals
• New doc test for schema used inside examples, and a few minor fixes
• Social cards slimmed down, now one card per language, and single translated ones improved
