- Every envelope is now finger printed with a hash, and this is used to make sure there are no double deliveries if mis-configured, or if there's a new fallback delivery

📝 Other changes
- Automated build fixed to use correct old version of Home Assistant to ensure the target 6 month range (currently back to Python 3.13 support) is tested
