Generic Transport

• Can now adapt a message for the ntfy Home Assistant integration
• Entity selection is now specific to the domain, e.g. switch,input_text,notify

• Custom priorities now supported ( default continues to be medium )
• New standard priority minimum and mapping of all priorities to the common 1..5 range with 5 as critical
