Tisty 1.30.0 (release candidate 3)
A move you can follow
Moving your things now shows two clear steps that never go back: first Tisty checks what you have, then it uploads or copies it, with how many files and how much is left. When Google asks for a short pause or answers badly for a moment, Tisty says so plainly, counts down, and carries on by itself. It only says there is no connection when your computer really is offline.
Nothing lost when you move back and forth
Moving between a folder and Google Drive, even more than once, keeps what each place last agreed on, so an edit made in the middle of a move joins in instead of asking you to choose.
Deleting the copies you left in Google Drive
After moving away from Google Drive you can delete Tisty's copies there. It now shows it is working, keeps going when Google is slow, and if it stops, says how to finish.
Clearer messages
When Google no longer lets Tisty in, you see it once, with a button to reconnect, and the message goes away as soon as you sign in again. Files another computer left in a folder are explained in plain words.
The document viewer
The viewer opens wider, with its contents and a summary of the document beside it: who wrote it, when, and how long it is. The PDF preview has a clear way back to the document, and PDFs are signed by default. To open a document in its own window, use the button in the document's panel.
What's Changed
- fix(cloud): show a move in two clear steps, keep every base, and retry what Google fumbles by @rgdevment in #226
