Nothing to migrate: the log stays on schema 14, so this build and 1.17.0 read
each other's stores and you can update one machine before the other. Nothing
under the hood changed, so the first opening is as quick as any other.
An update offer the feed has moved past is looked up again
A copy left closed for a while remembers the version it was last offered —
«1.15.1 is out» — and the button installs that one and no other, on purpose,
so a feed that moves in between cannot hand you a version you did not agree
to. But once the feed had moved on, the button only ever answered «that
version is no longer offered» and left you where you were. The same click now
looks again on the spot, tells you which version is out, and offers it: one
more click, on the version you were just told. If nothing newer is out, the
stale offer goes away instead of coming back.
