Tisty 1.16.1
Nothing to migrate: the log stays on schema 14, so this build and 1.16.0 read
each other's stores and you can update one machine before the other. Nothing
under the hood changed, so the first opening is as quick as any other.
A copy the Store keeps hears about updates from the Store, and from nobody else
Since 1.13.3 a copy installed from the Microsoft Store that the Store had
nothing for was told what the release feed knew — «1.16.0 is out», with a
button to open the Store — while the Store was still certifying that very
version, so the button led to a shelf that did not have it yet. The feed
speaks for the downloaded copy and for Homebrew; for a copy the Store keeps,
only the Store does: when it has the update, Tisty offers it and installs it
without leaving the window, and until then it says nothing. The «Open the
Store» button goes with the news it opened for.
