Tisty 1.0.6

A document you had open could lose what somebody else had just written in it.
The window saves a body whole — that is how the editor works — so an assistant
that added a line while you were typing saw it disappear the next time the page
saved, without a word.

It does not save over it any more. The window remembers what it read, and a save
whose document no longer matches is refused: you are told that something wrote
here while you had it open, and you decide which one stands — keep yours anyway,
or read it again. Refusing is the only honest answer a whole-body write can
give, because it cannot tell which half of the file is the part that arrived.

Keeping a file in a document, which 1.0.5 opened to assistants, is now something
the terminal does too: tisty attach, given a document's name instead of a
task, puts the file at its end. It asks first whether the line still fits and
whether the document is not already carrying as many files as one is read with —
before copying, not after, since half a gigabyte is a slow way to find out there
was no room.

And a save that Windows refuses for a moment — because another writer is
replacing the same file, or a backup has it open — is now waited out rather than
reported as a failure. It waits only for that: a missing directory or a full
disk still fails at once.

The number stays in the 1.0 line, as it will until the door opened in 1.0.0
works the way it was announced.
