v3.4.0
A new version of CoPanda. It installs from About in Settings, through
Homebrew, or through the Microsoft Store.
Your history is safe. Nothing is moved or deleted unless you ask.
What's new:
- Plain text without opening anything. Alt+Shift+V (⌃⇧V on a Mac) pastes
the last thing you copied as text alone, with no formatting, right where you
are typing. - Paste as, right at hand. Ctrl+Alt+P (⌃⌥P on a Mac) shows a small card
next to the pointer with every way to paste the last thing you copied. Pick
one with a number or the arrows, and step back to earlier copies. - Your shortcuts, your way. In Settings › Keyboard shortcuts you can change
or remove each one. If another program already uses a combination, CoPanda
suggests free ones. - Pictures that reach the terminal. On Windows, if you copy a picture and
switch to a terminal, Ctrl+V pastes the path to its file, ready to use. Back
in any other app, the picture pastes as always.
Also better:
- Plain paste from the panel works with more things. Shift+Enter on a
picture pastes the text CoPanda read in it, and on a file it pastes where the
file lives. - Up to date underneath. Its components were refreshed, including security
fixes.
