Don't attempt to start external processes in a minimized state
Most 3rd party apps are meant to be viewed while playing. Should also fix 3rd party apps that don't render properly when starting minimized (#161).

Add support for downloading stealth updates (#163)
The default launcher has the ability to apply updates that aren't marked as a new version. These updates may also not be pushed to Steam and Epic which would prevent users of these stores from receiving the update.
