Test binaries for all-new 1.7 Wallet and 1.7 Miner

Note that there may be some rendering issues because of the font inconsistencies between windows and linux - this fill be fixed later
How to run

• Linux:

1. Wallet:

sudo chmod 777 Wallet-test_linux
./Wallet-test_linux

1. Miner:

sudo chmod 777 PythonMiner_linux
./PythonMiner_linux

• Windows:
  Just double-click the .exe to run the program(s)
