Changes

• The panel is now integrated with the Colours and fonts preferences page in Columns UI, and allows the (non-selected) text and background colours to be configured. (Contributed by @rplociennik.)

  Note that this means the background colour will change for most users (with default Windows and Columns UI settings, it will change from grey to white).

• A new option, 'Hide trailing newline', was added to the context menu. When enabled, this hides the final empty line after the last console message. (Contributed by @rplociennik.)

• The Zc:threadSafeInit- compiler option is no longer used.

• The component is now compiled using Visual Studio 2019 16.11.

• The component is now compiled using foobar2000 SDK 2021-02-23.
