Bug fixes

• Artwork colour management now correctly handles display ICC profiles containing an embedded Microsoft CDMP profile. [#1392, #1394, #1395]

  Additionally, standalone CDMP display profiles are now ignored, as this appears to be in line with the Windows 11 Photos app.
