Hellgato Windows 0.1.7

Patch Changes

• d23b4e1: Bound connection and installer logs, rotate current diagnostics, and periodically prune inactive historical traces without changing settings, profiles or images.

Text logs retain two 2 MiB files per log; IPC diagnostics retain two 256 KiB files. Inactive historical traces have a 4 MiB per-file, 16 MiB combined and seven-day retention limit. Cleanup runs at startup and every five minutes, skipping recent or locked files. Settings, profiles and images are preserved.

Windows checks, official installer build, local installation, installed log rotation and startup retention were verified. Physical Stream Deck UI interactions were not retested.
