Remotely Save is back to the party!

Hi everyone, long time no see! Finally some awesome features are updated into Remotely Save here!

Warning: I try hard to keep everything working, but expect some bugs though. Always always make a backup of your vault!!!

1. Webdav compatibility should get some improvements because I manually test the plugin on many webdav implementations.
2. S3 custom prefix! So users can store multiple vaults in a same bucket.
3. .obsidian deletions are tracked! So the sync of this folder should be more useful!
4. Community contribution by @ras0q and I push it even further: Ignore path by regexes! That's an advanced feature and it's quite useful.
5. Community contribution by @smpurkis and I fix some bugs: Sync On Save! Batteries is impacted though. Finnally I get it merged.
6. Community contribution by @Drumber : Status Bar on desktop! Finnally I get it merged.
7. Allowing setting deletions moved to system trash or .trash.
8. Ignore some special annoying OS files by default.
9. Reduce hints by default unless you set the debugging level.
10. Many tutorials. Some of them are already from community. Even more are welcome!
11. Basic remote debugging supported inspired from a discussion on a fork.
12. All npm libraries get updated.
13. Some kind of donations are accepted.
