Patch Release Notice
This patch release fixes a security vulnerability in CometBFT. It applies to v6.0.0, currently running on regen mainnet.
Important build note:
Because this release includes a private version of the CometBFT patch that will only be published later this month, it cannot be built from source. Please use the provided binaries instead.

Do NOT attempt to manually build or run this release from source.
The release commit itself does not belong to the security fix, and manual builds will result in incorrect or insecure binaries.
