This PR merges the Alert2 UI repository into the Alert2 repository. Alert2 now automatically loads the frontend js, so you don't need to manage Alert2 UI separately.
! If you have installed Alert2 UI, remove it so it doesn't conflict with the frontend code in Alert2. See explanation and instructions
