Fixed

• kafka: The kafka_franz and redpanda outputs no longer append produce errors and record decoration errors to the same slice from two goroutines, removing a data race in the franz writer. (@Jeffail, #5033)
• kafka: The franz writer now fires the dispatch signal as soon as a record is handed to the producer, restoring the hand-off that lets the ordered per-partition Kafka input release the next batch for a partition without waiting for the broker ack. The signal had been dropped for produced records since v4.82.0. (@Jeffail, #5033)

Changed

• oracledb_cdc: TIMESTAMP columns now use the timestamp-micros logical type in both the snapshot and streaming schemas, instead of timestamp-millis when streaming. (@josephwoodward, #5022)
