This maintenance release fixes some defects including a critical defect that LDAP authentication is broken (redmine-32470). And it also includes some new features such as:
- GH-18: Feature redmine-16904: Add anonymous user to users list in query filters
- GH-12: Feature redmine-30346: Add "Target Version" to the list of "Available columns" in "Spent time" Tab
- GH-8: Patch redmine-32196: Allow import time entries for other users
