Bug Fixes

• Avoid possible hang when client issues long KEYS, SRANDMEMBER, HRANDFIELD,
  and ZRANDMEMBER commands and gets disconnected by client output buffer limit (#11676)
• Fix sentinel issue if replica changes IP (#11590)
