• ocdev application get aliased as ocdev application
• added ocdev application list, ocdev application set, ocdev component set commands

• display nice error message when ocdev/oc is not connected to OpenShift cluster
• rpm and deb packages are automaticaly builded from master branch (https://dl.bintray.com/ocdev/ocdev/latest/)
