Maintenance release
Unfortunately we had some issue in our build that caused the release binaries to be tagged dirty. This happens when files are added/modified/removed after the commit is checked out. Luckily this seems to be resolved with #781. Thanks to @suzuki-shunsuke for notifying us about this!
