Rebecca 1.8.1

Rebecca 1.8.1 adds notes on admins, hosts and inbounds, multi-part backup uploads, bulk user creation with an existing-username preview, Mullvad WireGuard helpers for outbounds, and remaining days on service cards. It also fixes admin row menus closing on live refresh, Shadowrocket share links, and a legacy username index that blocked reused names.

Highlights

📝 Notes on admins, hosts and inbounds — sudo admins can attach a note to an admin, host or inbound. Notes are visible only to sudo and full-access admins.
📦 Multi-part backup upload — select every part of a backup that was split for Telegram. The panel checks that the set is complete, joins the parts in order, and then restores the backup. One request accepts up to 8 GiB.
👥 Bulk users — users are created in the order listed, the preview marks usernames that already exist, and the results show each user's links. A bulk run can delete the users it just created.
🛰️ Mullvad WireGuard — add a Mullvad helper from the outbounds More menu, edit Mullvad outbounds from their row, and ping Mullvad servers. Mullvad outbounds default to ForceIP.
⚙️ Outbound sockopt options — the outbound editor exposes socket options. WireGuard outbounds are tested with ICMP instead of a second session.
📅 Remaining days on service cards — the account page shows remaining days next to each service, and every card names its service.
🔀 Move to top — outbounds, routing rules and services can be moved to the top of their list.
🔗 Shadowrocket share links — Shadowrocket receives its own VLESS, VMess and Trojan share links. Other clients keep the standard links.

Reliability and compatibility

Admin row menus stay open when live data refreshes, such as the speed column on the admins list.
The installer asks its questions when run through curl | bash. Admin, database and SSL prompts are no longer skipped silently.
A user created with a speed limit queues a node sync.
The migration runner removes a legacy unique users.username index on databases baselined from an alembic schema, so names of deleted users can be used again.
Duplicated helpers, usage chart builders and the OV runtime are shared. Behavior is unchanged.

Upgrade notes

Back up the database before updating. Rebecca 1.8.1 moves the database to schema version 65, which adds the notes table, and the legacy username index repair runs after the migrations. Both run automatically when the panel starts. Downgrading the panel after this upgrade is not supported. Upgrade Rebecca and Rebecca Node together, and install Rebecca Node 1.7.1 with this release. Multi-part backup uploads send the whole backup in one request, so a reverse proxy in front of the panel must accept the total size of the parts.
