Rebecca 1.6.0

Rebecca 1.6.0 gives the database a clean, named schema, applies user changes to nodes in batches, and adds compatibility with Xray 26.9.30 and 26.10.x. This release is a one-way upgrade: once a panel runs 1.6.0, it refuses to install older builds.

Highlights

🗄️ Cleaner database — tables and columns are named after what they store, duplicated subscription metadata is merged, and unused tables are removed. Supports SQLite, MySQL 8.4, and MariaDB 10.6.
⚡ Batched node updates — pending user changes are applied to nodes in batches. Nodes that do not support batching keep receiving per-user updates.
🧩 Xray 26.9.30 and 26.10.x — updated XDNS FinalMask settings, and WireGuard remote DNS entries that Xray cannot parse, such as local, are removed before the configuration is applied.
🔗 Share link fixes — Shadowsocks links stay standard when MUX is enabled, and + is no longer added to XHTTP extra JSON in share links.
🪪 User IDs — the users list shows each user's database ID, search finds users by it, and {user_id} can be used in host templates.
🚨 Errors and diagnostics — a severity-filtered errors page, and runtime errors link to the place where they can be fixed.
🌐 PROXY protocol — the gateway accepts PROXY protocol connections, configurable through the environment.

Reliability and compatibility

Node control health recovers without replacing a live runtime.
Inbound flow and per-host client settings stay in sync during live updates.
Usage history is compacted, and node update metadata refreshes after an update.
Downgrades are blocked: the update endpoint (UI and API) refuses any build older than 1.6.0, and older builds refuse to open a database migrated to this schema.

Upgrade notes

Back up the database before updating. Rebecca 1.6.0 migrates the database to a new schema, and the migration cannot be rolled back automatically. After updating, restore a backup if you need an older build. Scripts and external tools that query the old table and column names (proxies, admins_services, jwt, system, tls, subadress) must be updated. Upgrade Rebecca and Rebecca Node together.
