Rebecca 1.1.0 adds precise, delegated subscription placeholder management. Operators can now keep inactive subscriptions safe without forcing every service and reseller to share the same message.

Highlights

🧩 Per-admin, per-service placeholders — configure an independent placeholder policy for every admin and service assignment.
📝 Separate status messages — expired, traffic-limited, and manually disabled subscriptions can each return a different message.
🔐 Delegated management — full-access and authorized sudo admins can manage all assignments, while standard admins can manage only their own services when the new permission is granted.
🎨 Focused settings UI — a new responsive Placeholder page provides clear service selection, status-specific fields, supported variables, and localized English and Persian copy.
🛡️ Safe inactive outputs — placeholder behavior applies consistently across raw, JSON, Clash, sing-box, Outline, OpenVPN, WireGuard, HTML, and subscription-info responses without exposing live connection details.
🔄 Backward compatibility — installations using the previous global placeholder option continue to work until a scoped policy is saved.

Reliability fixes

Isolated node usage RPC deadlines so one slow node cannot distort the rest of a collection cycle.
Expired stale WireGuard session leases and improved stopped-node container cleanup.
Excluded deleted users from admin totals and made expiry shortcuts cumulative.
Moved Telegram reports off request paths and refreshed wildcard host values safely.

Upgrade notes

No manual database migration is required. Existing admin subscription settings are preserved, and scoped policies are stored alongside them. Grant Manage own subscription placeholders to each standard admin that should have access.
