- Switch default stream badges provider URL (83d6505)
Update STREAM_BADGES_PROVIDER_BASE_URL default from corsaro.stremio.dpdns.org to icv.stremio-italia.eu in lib/ratingBadgeLogic.ts and lib/routeConfig.ts. Also bump package version from 0.4.82 to 0.4.83. This redirects the app to the new stream badges provider endpoint; no other logic changes.
