This release candidate fixes a critical regression where snapshots and PVE backups were not being displayed.

What's Changed

🐛 Bug Fixes

• Snapshot and PVE backup display - Fixed critical bug where snapshots and PVE backups weren't being fetched due to undefined variable reference (RC1/RC2 regression)
• Backup frequency chart - Fixed chart rendering errors when width calculations resulted in negative values
• Unified backups tab - Fixed issue where backup data wouldn't load when first clicking on the Backups tab

✅ Includes all fixes from RC1 and RC2

• Uptime calculation - Fixed issue where VMs with daily reboots showed stale uptime values
• I/O metrics display - Fixed regression where I/O metrics showed as N/A
• Update page reload - Fixed issue where page wouldn't reload after updates
