0.7.5.1 - Europe Mode + Squashing Bugs

1 of 2 Europe Modes have been added! The current method sets your PC region as "in EU" and should be a permanent patch. I have verified that this method lets you uninstall Edge, but I have not verified other features. The second method to be added later requires taking ownership and modifying a System32 file to tell the system whatever region you're in is part of the EU. This yet to be added method will likely be reverted every few Windows Updates but should at least work temporarily.

Europe Mode adds the following features after reboot:

Edge is uninstallable
User can disable web search
Narrator scripting extensions are enabled
File Explorer Search is third party extensible
Third party search providers show in search
Third party search highlight content in search zero input
Third parties can customize the Taskbar Gleam
... And MORE!

Additionally, I've decided to just skip to 1.0.0.0 for the next major release. This will occur around the 2024 US Tax Season. You can follow the progress here. Patches will be released in the meantime from 1.0.0.0, as needed, as 0.7.5.x versions. Please note that you will need to be on 0.7.4.0 OR LATER to upgrade to 1.0.0.0 when it releases. Doing this rewrite has uncovered a lot tech debt and is taking a bit.

0.7.5.1 comes with the following changes:

• Fixes Recursion Prevention making assumptions about command line parameters
• Adds Placeholder support in Custom Weather URLs for Latitude, Longitude, and Locale (use %lat%, %long%, and %locale% respectively)
• Fixes --win-session-start and other command line parameters being handled as webpages
• Fixes Active Mode File Handling (except for PDFs). Local files attempting to open in Edge will now open in Edge

Known issues:

• Winget/Chocolately may fail to install MSER
• MSER may not redirect if Edge is uninstalled for some users - #345
• MSER may open Windows System for Android for some users - #301
• MSER may not handle links from MS Teams properly for some users - #331
• MSER may have issues handling PDFs for users with an invalid registry key - #333
