Updated Firefox to 153.6
Fixed various issues with dcomp on Windows 10.
Made dcomp the default on Windows 10 with aero.
Enabled DXCompiler in the build config. (Stuff like DirectX 12 will work on Nocturne now.)
Added rounding to the caption button mask (Feature from pre-proton) (Idea stolen from marble. Sorry :/)
The Caption buttons mask will auto adjust on Windows 10 depending on the width and height of the buttons themselves.

Fixed lwthemes for basic theme.
Theme switching from DWM to Basic/Classic won't result in the titlebar area becoming black. (Fixed for both dcomp and dcomp-less)
XUL themes will now request a restart after installing them.
XUL themes are no longer reportable to mozilla after uninstalling them.
Setup has an option to configure Nocturne as a portable instance.
