Added a reimplementation of the old URLBar for old themes that do not support the popover one. Still require a bit of CSS tweak to get them working 100% as they should.
The useragent no longer reports nocturne as 140.9 but instead of 140.0. (Keep it in line like how firefox does it)
Reverted the retry/download icons back to stock. (The firefox 68 variant of the retry/download icons are available as a config key)
Fixed about:debugging browser icon.
Fixed the legacy sidebar not appearing while using certain themes. (Thank you mozilla!)
Fixed the caption button mask not rendering properly due to a webrender bug. (Marble bugfix port Erizur@d3ba2dd#diff-8e4fc85ed7228c9517104229253c62914b6aec1a0ff0b20ab782aa4cec47f4e7L3378-L3431)
