🎧 Crossfade (new). Tracks now fade smoothly into each other as one ends and the next begins. Off by default — turn it on in Settings → Playback, with a 1–12 second slider (6s default). Fires on natural track-end; manual skips are a clean cut.
🔄 Refresh / Accumulate mix modes — fixed and clearer.
- Accumulate now truly never deletes. Previously, tracks could still be cleaned up when a mix rotated or a playlist was deselected. Now, while any source is set to Accumulate, your library is append-only —
nothing is auto-removed, online or offline. - Accumulate is the new default, so your mixes stack into a growing archive out of the box.
- Refresh now warns you first. Switching a source to Refresh shows a dialog explaining that rotated-out tracks and their downloads get cleaned up to keep your library lean.
⬇️ No more surprise lossy downloads. With YouTube fallback off, YouTube-sourced tracks now wait for a lossless match instead of quietly downloading lossy Opus/M4A.
🧹 Cleaner Home. Removed the lyrics-backfill progress banner, the "waiting for lossless" banner, and the Last.fm connect prompt. (Lyrics still fetch automatically on download and when you open the lyrics
sheet.)
