release: v0.9.49
Sync & download reliability:
-
Playlists you've switched OFF no longer download in the background. A rotated-out YouTube mix could stay silently enabled and queue ~100 downloads even when you'd only turned one playlist on — now only active, switched-on playlists download, and the leftover backlog clears itself on the next sync.
-
With the lossless 'YouTube fallback' switched OFF, your Spotify-matched tracks now correctly wait for a lossless source instead of quietly downloading a lossy YouTube copy.
Lossless streaming polish:
-
Lossless streams now show the correct FLAC badge and the streaming (Wi-Fi) indicator, instead of looking like a downloaded Opus file.
-
The loading spinner now stays up while a lossless track is fetching, so a slow load no longer looks frozen, and track-to-track playback is smoother.
-
Background prefetching no longer wastes lossless quota, and duplicate fetches of the same track are de-duplicated.
