chore(release): bump to 0.9.41 + route release reads through Last.fm proxy
versionCode 76->77, versionName 0.9.40->0.9.41.
Adds LASTFM_PROXY_URL + LASTFM_EXTRA_API_KEYS to the release workflow's
assemble env so shipped APKs route generic Last.fm reads through the
proxy Worker (infra/lastfm-proxy) when those repo secrets are set.
