Stash 0.9.24 — Add Stash tracks to imported playlists.
- closes #42: songs downloaded through Stash can now be added to
playlists imported from Spotify or YouTube Music. New locally_added
flag on playlist_tracks preserves user additions across REFRESH-mode
re-sync. Schema v22→v23.
