Stash v0.9.106 — Your Spotify playlists show up again

If you connected Spotify, synced, and found your playlists empty, this update is for you.

Your playlists have their songs again

  • After connecting Spotify and syncing, your playlists and Liked Songs showed a song count but nothing inside, and Home stayed empty. Both are fixed.
  • You don't need to reinstall. Run one sync after updating and the playlists you already have fill in.
  • Thanks to everyone who reported it.

Mixes can download now

  • In the Sync tab, every mix now has the same switch your playlists have. Switch a mix on and, in Download mode, it downloads — the same as any playlist.
  • Nothing downloads that you didn't switch on. Mixes start switched off.
  • Keep in mind: mixes change over time, so a switched-on mix will download its new songs as they arrive.

Home shows what you synced

  • In Online mode, your mixes, radios and playlists now appear on Home and in Library as soon as they've synced. You don't have to turn anything on first.
  • The "Personalize your Home" card only shows when there's nothing else to show.

Now Playing

  • Long song titles scroll across instead of being cut off with "…".
  • The extra FLAC badge next to the title is gone. The quality line underneath already tells you.

Good to know

  • Daily Discover builds itself over a few refreshes, so it can be empty for a little while on a fresh install. Playing music makes it better.

Install

Download the .apk below and open it on your Android device. If you've got a previous Stash release installed, this upgrades in place — your library, sync history, and settings are preserved.

Requires: Android 8.0 (API 26) or newer.

See the README for first-time setup.
