feat: 0.6.1 — YT history sync polish (placement + toggle state)
Hotfix for UX issues that missed the 0.6.0 cutoff:
- Move "Send plays to YouTube Music" next to the Connect YouTube Music
button (inside the YT Music account card, only when connected) —
reads as a property of the connection, not a stray row in Downloads. - Fix the toggle row showing "Off" even when sync was actually enabled;
scrobbler now flips health to OK immediately on enable so the UI
reflects the real state.
