Bug fixes:
- ACT Columns for DirectHitCount/CritDirectHitCount fixed - they were improperly adding DH counts multiple times.
- ACT Overlay ExportVariable for CritDirectHitPct fixed - this was raising an error due to improperly handling the decimal place added in the previous patch.
- Flamethrower DoT fixed - it is now tracked similarly to shadow flare
- DoT simulated ticks will now continue to tick when their duration is extended by more than 2.5 seconds.
- Minor other ability improvements/tweaks to improve DoT simulator
