Minor updates:
- Updated to use new Machina network packet opcodes that allow the plugin to specify the game version at runtime
- Added a new ProcessChanged event to IDataSubscriptions interface, so other plugins can detect when the game process changes.
- Added new DoTBase column to show the calculated DoT tick amount before adding crit & dh modifiers
- Modified Combatant names to consistently be 'proper case'. This may change with a future update, but was needed to make capitalization rules consistent.
- Fixed a performance regression issue with accessing the current game Process Id
