Release v2.0.3.1. Mostly small updates, with a larger fix for buff tracking to bring it closer in line with how the game works.
- Added new network packet to buff tracking for Boss status effects
- Testing eliminating using ActorControl messages for buff tracking.
- Modified buff tracking to use buff indexes to add/update/remove all buffs.
- Modified file names to include plugin version number, to elimiante needing to split logs before FFLogs upload after version updates from broken versions.
- Fixed Celestial Intersection's nocturnal/diurnal intersection buff ID mix-up.
- Fixed aspected helios HoT potency for the DoT simulation
- Added support for Sacred Circle ground HoT effect.
- Modified German pet name tracking for Esteem, to allow combine-pet-with-owner function to work correctly
- Fixed typo so that Machina-sourced debug messages are correctly filtered out from the ACT debug messages panel.
