Adds optional Open Caption support via OBS Text Sources.
Adds saving transcript files for streams and recordings (basic .txt file only currently).
Adds Linux build. Not well tested yet, requires OBS built with caption support.
Adds Capitalization Settings: Normal english like, ALL CAPS, all lower.
